Fish & Tips is a UK digital sports analysis service covering horse racing and football.
We turn form, statistics, performance data and other relevant information into clear, structured analysis designed to make race-day and match-day research easier to understand.
What is included in a Race Day Pack?
Race Day Packs contain race-by-race analysis for selected UK meetings.
Depending on the race, this can include recent form, speed and performance figures, pace, draw, course and distance suitability, going, class, weight, progression and other relevant factors.
The number of horses highlighted depends on the individual race rather than following a fixed template.
How are the horses selected?
In smaller and medium-sized fields, we will usually highlight a Top Pick and a Main Danger / Value Angle.
The Top Pick is the horse with the strongest overall winning case from the analysis.
The Main Danger / Value Angle is ideally a genuine threat to the Top Pick that also appears potentially underestimated by the market.
In larger and more competitive races, we may instead highlight three Equal Top Picks where several horses have strong analytical cases.
Are the three Equal Top Picks ranked?
No.
When three Equal Top Picks are shown, they are treated equally rather than being ranked first, second and third.
Each horse has its own evidence case and the reader can decide how they wish to interpret the analysis.
Will every race have selections?
No.
We do not want to force selections simply to fill a template.
If the available evidence is limited or a race does not provide a worthwhile analytical opportunity, this may be made clear within the Race Day Pack.
Which race meetings do you cover?
Fish & Tips focuses on selected UK race meetings where there is enough available evidence to produce meaningful analysis.
We do not intend to produce a Race Day Pack for every meeting simply for the sake of having one available.
How much is a Race Day Pack?
An individual Race Day Pack costs £10 unless another price is clearly shown on the relevant product page.
Major festivals or multi-day meetings may also have separate bundle pricing where available.
When will I receive my Race Day Pack?
The expected release or delivery time will be shown when you purchase the pack.
Where a pack has already been released, digital access may be provided immediately following successful payment.
Where a pack is purchased in advance, it will be supplied when the completed analysis is released.
How will I receive my Race Day Pack?
Race Day Packs are digital products.
The delivery method will be clearly shown during the purchase process and may include a digital download or a link delivered electronically.
What happens if there is a non-runner or racing conditions change?
Race Day Packs are prepared using the latest information available when the analysis is completed.
Horse racing can change quickly and non-runners, going changes and other developments may occur after publication.
Where practical, Fish & Tips may update analysis following a significant late change, but not every change will necessarily result in a revised pack.
What does the Football section cover?
Our football coverage initially focuses on Premier League matches.
Each gameweek we analyse the statistics and information surrounding the upcoming fixtures, looking at areas such as recent form, home and away performance, goals, player statistics, likely match patterns, team news and other relevant trends.
What are the Football Bet Builder ideas?
Where the analysis identifies suitable statistical angles, we may provide a data-led Bet Builder idea for a Premier League fixture.
The individual elements are shown alongside the reasoning behind them so readers can understand why those particular angles have been highlighted.
They are analytical ideas rather than guaranteed outcomes.
Do you place bets for customers?
No.
Fish & Tips does not accept bets, place bets on behalf of customers, hold gambling funds, pay winnings or operate as a bookmaker.
Any betting activity is carried out independently by the customer through a separately licensed gambling operator.
Are you telling customers what they have to bet on?
No.
Fish & Tips provides analysis, shortlists and statistical angles.
Customers decide independently whether they wish to place a bet at all and, if they do, what action they wish to take.
Do you guarantee winners or profits?
No.
Horse racing and football are unpredictable and no analysis can guarantee an outcome or financial return.
Fish & Tips is designed to improve understanding of an event, not promise results.
Can I get a refund because a selection loses?
No.
A losing selection or Bet Builder does not by itself create a right to a refund because the product being provided is analysis rather than a guaranteed result.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected where digital content is faulty, materially not as described, duplicated, not delivered as agreed or another legal remedy applies.
Can I cancel after purchasing a digital Race Day Pack?
Special rules apply to digital content that is supplied immediately.
Where required, checkout will ask customers to agree to immediate digital supply and acknowledge that once supply begins they may lose the normal 14-day cancellation right.
Full details will be provided within our Delivery & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Can I share or resell a Race Day Pack?
Race Day Packs are supplied for personal, non-commercial use.
Paid Fish & Tips content must not be resold, publicly uploaded, published or commercially redistributed without permission.
Do I have to gamble to use Fish & Tips?
No.
Race Day Packs and football analysis can simply be used as sporting information and research guides.
There is no requirement to place a bet.
Does Fish & Tips use live odds?
Fish & Tips is primarily an analysis service rather than a live-odds service.
If odds or market information are displayed, they may change after publication and should not be treated as guaranteed or permanently available prices.
