Fish & Tips supplies digital sports analysis products, including Race Day Packs.
No physical product is shipped.
Digital products may be supplied as a PDF, secure download, customer download page or another digital delivery method clearly shown before purchase.
When Race Day Packs Are Delivered
Each Race Day Pack product page will show when the pack is expected to become available.
If you purchase a pack after it has been released, access may be provided immediately after successful payment.
If you purchase a pack before it has been released, access will be provided once the completed pack becomes available at the stated or expected release time.
We aim to make this clear before checkout so you know whether you are purchasing an immediately available product or a pre-release product.
Delivery Method
Your digital product may be delivered through:
- A secure download link
- A customer download page
- Email containing a PDF or download link
- Another digital method clearly stated during purchase
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and, where email delivery is used, checking spam or junk folders if the product does not appear as expected.
Race Day Pack Preparation and Late Changes
Horse racing can change quickly.
Going, weather conditions, non-runners, jockey bookings and other relevant information can change after our analysis has been completed.
A Race Day Pack may display a preparation or lock time. The analysis reflects the information reasonably available when the pack was completed or most recently updated.
Where practical, Fish & Tips may update a Race Day Pack if a significant late change materially affects the analysis.
However, an updated pack cannot be guaranteed following every late change.
Digital Content and Cancellation Rights
Customers purchasing digital content online normally have statutory cancellation rights.
Where a digital product is made available for immediate download or access, customers will be asked during checkout to agree that supply of the digital content can begin immediately.
Customers will also be asked to acknowledge that once the download or digital access begins, they will lose their normal 14-day cancellation right.
Where required, this information will also be included within the order confirmation.
If digital supply has not yet begun, any cancellation request will be considered in accordance with the customer’s applicable statutory rights.
Refunds and Other Remedies
Please contact Fish & Tips through the Contact page if:
- You have been charged more than once for the same order
- Payment has been taken but the purchased digital product has not been supplied and access cannot be restored within a reasonable period
- You receive the wrong Race Day Pack
- The supplied file is materially corrupted or unusable and replacement access does not resolve the problem
- The digital product is materially different from the description provided before purchase
- Another statutory right to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction applies
Depending on the circumstances, we may restore access, provide a replacement, correct the issue, provide an appropriate price reduction or issue a refund.
What Is Not Normally a Reason for a Refund
Subject to your statutory consumer rights, a refund will not normally be provided solely because:
- A Top Pick loses or does not place
- A Main Danger / Value Angle loses or does not place
- An Equal Top Pick loses or does not place
- A sporting result differs from the analysis
- You disagree with the analysis after purchasing it
- Odds or market prices change after publication
- A horse becomes a non-runner following publication or the stated preparation time
- You change your mind after valid immediate digital supply has begun and your cancellation right has been lost in accordance with applicable law
Fish & Tips sells analysis and information, not guaranteed sporting outcomes or financial returns.
Pre-Release Purchases
If you purchase a Race Day Pack before it has been released and request cancellation before digital supply begins, your request will be considered in accordance with your applicable statutory cancellation rights.
Once digital supply begins following the required agreement and acknowledgement, the normal cancellation right may no longer apply.
Technical Delivery Problems
If your Race Day Pack or download does not arrive:
- Check that the information provided during checkout was correct.
- Check your spam or junk folder if email delivery is being used.
- Check your order or download page where available.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This includes statutory rights relating to digital content that is faulty, materially not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.
